Complete the credit application and someone from SAM will contact you soon. Upon receiving a tentative approval SAM will refer you to your local SAM Repair Center or SAM will be glad to sign up your service provider.

SAM Repair Program Criteria

1. If you do not have a loan on your vehicle it must have a minimum book value of $3000. If you have a loan on the vehicle, and live in a multiple lien state, the minimum book value could be higher depending on the state you live in. Check with SAM for list of multiple lien states. Book value is established by using kbb.com, trade in value, and fair condition. You must adjust for miles and can not add for any single line option.
2. SAM will advance up to 50% of book value as long as book value meets the minimum dollar value requirements listed above.
3. Minimum down payment is $500.
4. Any customer currently in an open bankruptcy is automatically declined for financing.
5. Any customer currently past due on an existing car payment is automatically declined.
6. SAM reserves the right to reject any deal for high miles.
7. The original title must be mailed to SAM with the completed deal packet unless there is a first lienholder and customer lives in a multiple lien state.
8. Minimum repair order or purchase amount is $1000.
9. SAM can not finance the repair if you currently have a loan on the vehicle with a Buy Here Pay Here dealer.
